ارائه مدل مدیریت بومی در شرکتهای تابعه وزارت نیرو با رویکرد جهادی

چکیده

مدیریت جهادی برگرفته از الگوی مدیریت اسلامی و توام با روحیه جهادی است که در گام دوم انقلاب و در شرایط حساس کنونی، نقش کلیدی و حیاتی دارد. هدف از این پژوهش ارائه مدل مدیریت بومی در شرکتهای تابعه وزارت نیرو با رویکرد جهادی بوده است. جامعه آماری تحقیق تعداد 25 نفر از خبرگان شرکتهای تابعه وزارت نیرو می باشد. جمع آوری داده ها از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته با اجزای استاندارد صورت پذیرفت، 10 متغیر اصلی و 32 متغیر فرعی مدل سازی ساختاری مورد آزمون قرار گرفت و روایی و پایایی متغیرها تأمین شد. یافته­های تحقیق نشان داده است که مدل نهایی این پژوهش دارای 3 بعد، 10 مؤلفه و 32 شاخص است که بعد ساختاری شامل سیاست‌گذاری آینده نگر، حق‌محوری و شایسته‌گرایی، بعد رفتاری شامل عقلانیت مومنانه، توکل فعالانه، مسئولیت‌پذیری حرفه‌ای، استعداد کاری و بعد زمینه‌ای شامل بصیرت انقلابی، خود اتکایی و فرهنگ جهادی می باشد و در پایان پیشنهاد شده است با توسعه و نهادینه سازی این مدل در این شرکتها، با ترویج مدیریت جهادی، در راستای تحقق اهداف سازمانی گام برداشت.

چکیده [English]

Jihadi management is derived from the model of Islamic management and combined with the spirit of jihad, which plays a key and vital role in the second step of the revolution and in the current critical situation. The purpose of this study was to present a model of local management in companies affiliated to the Ministry of Energy with a jihadist approach. The statistical population of the study is 25 experts of companies affiliated to the Ministry of Energy. Data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire with standard components, 10 main variables and 32 sub-variables of structural modeling were tested and the validity and reliability of the variables were ensured. Findings have shown that the final model of this study has 3 dimensions, 10 components and 32 indicators that the structural dimension includes forward-looking policy-making, rights-oriented and meritocracy, behavioral dimension including faithful rationality, active trust, professional responsibility, aptitude and dimension The field includes revolutionary insight, self-reliance and jihadi culture, and in the end it is suggested that by developing and institutionalizing this model in these companies, by promoting jihadi management, steps be taken to achieve organizational goals.
