تبیین مولفه های رفتاری تاثیرگذار بر روش شناسی های تحقیق در عملیات با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل جامع ریخت شناسی

چکیده

علی‌‌رغم پیش فرض‌‌های تحقیق در عملیات سخت مبنی بر استفاده از روش های علمی و ریاضی صرف، باید توجه داشت که مسائل تحقیق در عملیات، فرمول بندی و راه حل مسائل آن از اجزای لاینفک فرآیندهای انسانی هستند و آنچه واقعا رخ می دهد منوط به میزان اهمیت هریک از افراد در موقعیت مساله است. عوامل رفتاری، احساسات یا ویژگی های شخصیتی افراد می توانند به فرآیند تحقیق در عملیات راه یابند و این خود می تواند منجر به اتخاذ تصمیمات خاص و تغییر ساختار و ظاهر هر مساله شده که در نهایت بر نتایج تاثیر گذار است. در این پژوهش سعی داریم ضمن تعریف انواع مسائل و هم چنین شناخت عوامل تاثیرگذار بر تصمیم گیری، به بررسی تاثیر مولفه های رفتاری بر هریک از روش شناسی های تحقیق در عملیات در هریک از انواع مسائل بپردازیم. بدین منظور تلاش می کنیم تا با استفاده از قابلیت های نرم افزار Carma/MA  در "تحلیل جامع ریخت شناسی"، ضمن تعیین سازگاری های احتمالی هریک انواع مسائل با هریک از روش شناسی های تحقیق در عملیات، با در نظر گرفتن آنها به عنوان ورودی مدل، مولفه رفتاری مسبب بروز خطا در هر روش شناسی را مشخص کنیم و درنتیجه، به تصمیم گیرندگان این امکان را بدهیم که نسبت به وقوع هریک از این عوامل آگاه بوده و تا حد امکان از بروز آنها جلوگیری به عمل آورند.

Despite the assumptions of hard Operations Research (OR) in using pure scientific and mathematical techniques, it has always been obvious that the application of these techniques and the implementation of their results go beyond the analytical sophistication of the OR methods and are impressed by the “human factor” in decision making. Behavioral factors, emotions, or personality traits of individuals can affect the process of applying the OR methodologies which could ultimately have an effect on decision making results. This research is aimed to examine the behavioral factors affecting the OR methodologies. To this end, by applying General Morphological Analysis (GMA) method, after determining the possible compatibility of each type of problem with each of the OR methodologies as model inputs, the behavioral factors affecting the OR methodologies are identified. This allows decision-makers to be aware of the effectiveness of each of these behavioral factors and prevent their occurrence as much as possible.
