تبیین نقش مدیریت منابع انسانی بر عملکرد شرکت‌های صنعتی و تجاری استان قزوین با تاکید بر نقش میانجی راهبرد کسب‌وکار

چکیده

برای موفقیت و بهبود عملکرد، مدیریت منابع انسانی سازگار با راهبـرد کسب‌وکار ضروری است. اقدامات مدیریت منابع انسانی به توسعه نیروی انسانی کمک می‌کند که به نوبه خود باعث عملی شدن راهبرد کسب‌و‌کار خواهد شد. هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی رابطه بین مدیریت منابع انسانی، راهبـرد کسب‌وکار و عملکرد شرکت است. پژوهش حاضر از حیث هدف کاربردی و بر مبنای روش، یک تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه مدیران و کارکنان شرکت‌های صنعتی و تجاری استان قزوین است. حجم نمونه 350نفر در نظر گرفته شد. روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها انتخاب شد و گردآوری داده‌های مورد نیاز در این پژوهش با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ 35 سوالی انجام گرفت. نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد: (1) مدیریت منابع انسانی با عملکرد شرکت ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری ‌دارد. (2) ارتباط مثبتی بین مدیریت منابع انسانی و راهبرد کسب‌وکار وجود دارد. (3) راهبرد کسب‌وکار با عملکرد شرکت ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد. (4) مدیریت منابع انسانی با در نظر گرفتن نقش میانجی راهبرد کسب‌وکار بر عملکرد شرکت تاثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارد.

چکیده [English]

To succeed and improve performance, human resource management consistent with business strategy is essential. Human resource management practices contribute to the development of human resources, which in turn will lead to the implementation of the business strategy. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between human resource management, business strategy and company performance. The present study is a descriptive correlational study in terms of applied purpose and method. The statistical population of this study includes all managers and employees of industrial and commercial companies in Qazvin province. The sample size was 350 people. The available sampling method was selected for data collection and the required data were collected in this study using a 35-item questionnaire. The results of this study showed: (1) Human resource management has a positive and significant relationship with company performance. (2) There is a positive relationship between human resource management and business strategy. (3) Business strategy has a positive and significant relationship with company performance. (4) Human resource management has a positive and significant effect on the company's performance by considering the mediating role of business strategy.
