About the Journal
Journal of Executive Management (JEM) officially started its activities in 2002, with the title of “Humanities and Social Sciences”. But professionally continues its activities since 2009, as the first specialized magazine in the field of executive management and senior management organization. This journal is a semi-annual official publication of the Department of Management of the University of Mazandaran (Babolsar, Iran), which has been indexed in the following databases: Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Scientific Information Database (SID), Magiran, Noormags, and Google scholar.
Certificate
This journal has a scientific research certificate from the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology (MSRT) of the Islamic Republic of Iran, which is the main state Ministry involved in higher education, science, research, and technology.

This journal is a semi-annual official publication of the Management Department at the University of Mazandaran (Babolsar, Iran).

Reviewing Policy
The “Journal of Executive Management” uses double-blind peer review for all the received manuscripts.
Open Access Policy
The “Journal of Executive Management” is an Open Access journal and follows the Open Access Policy. It allows all interested readers to view, download, print, and redistribute any article without a subscription.
Article Processing Charges
First, the journal checks the manuscript’s composition against the journal’s Guide for Authors to make sure it includes the required sections and stylizations. The quality of the paper is not assessed at this point.
Then, the OK manuscripts will be sent to the corresponding author to pay 100000 Tomans approximately USD 5 (This will be paid via the Journal’s online system, which has been defined by the University of Mazandaran).
If the manuscript is accepted for publication, the corresponding author pays 400000 Tomans approximately USD 20 via the Journal’s online system.
