Abstract

abstract: The truth is that science and scientific development as the engine of sustainable comprehensive development and plays a major role. One of the key elements underlying the scientific production and the institutional system of the scientific community and the intellectual and professional relationships and interactions between its members. The concept of the scientific community, deep social relationships, trust, identity, values, everyday actions, solidarity and integrity of the band in higher education institutions and their role in scientific production is evaluated.
This study aimed to investigate the factors affecting the production and recognition of Mazandaran University's academic community members. The research method in this study is survey and quota sampling method is used. The population, all faculty members, doctoral students and second year graduate students at Mazandaran University in the academic year at a school that is 94 times the number of 1210 people And of those, 292 subjects were selected. The results of this research are: (1) education groups, Department of Chemistry highest average production of scientific and humanities and social science to have the lowest production, (2)The variables of "interactions", "space for dialogue" and "respect symbolic space" is also a significant positive correlation with scientific production show.
