Conceptual model of internationalization of Small and medium-sized enterprises based on innovation in business model

Abstract

Due to the rapid growth of technologies and rapid changes in global markets, internationalization is very vital for small and medium-sized businesses. The purpose of this research is to present a conceptual model of internationalization of small and medium businesses based on innovation in the business model. Here we used a mixed research method. This research is practical in terms of the purpose of the research and it is a descriptive survey according to the descriptive method. The tools used in this research was an interview in the qualitative phase and a questionnaire in the quantitative phase. The results obtained from the research show that all the variables in the business model include customer segmentation, customer interaction, distribution channels and customer communication, value proposition for customers, key activities, key resources, key partners. For customers, income and expenses with different intensities have a positive and significant impact on the internationalization of small and medium businesses. Considering that the factor of key resources has the greatest impact on the internationalization of small and medium businesses, therefore, it is necessary to understand the requirements of global changes in technology in the field of new technologies in order to take advantage of all kinds of capabilities in the field of learning, financing and he paid special attention to infrastructures as well as the establishment of communication networks in the field of internationalization and considered all the expenses incurred in this direction as a valuable investment that will definitely lead to a return on investment.
