Occupational health and safety Environmental (HSE) management systems have a unique role in sustainable development of Hazardous Industries. Performance measurement and management is one of the managers challenges in recent years this.
The aim of this research is to develop a dynamic approach to HSEperformance management.
To achieve the mentioned goal in the first step H3SEperformance excellence evolutional trendwas assessed. Then, based on statistic H3SE PE, a dynamic model was developed. Finally H3SEmaturity in Petrochemical Industries level with regard to criteria interaction and casual relationships.
The research findingimplies on safety performance evaluation model evolutional trend. But the main challenge of managers is to coordinate H3SE subsystems. Since the performance evaluation models mechanism is based on quantitative methods and principles; define criteria's importance and casual relationship among them needs quantitative methods.
