Abstract

Due to organizations variant environment and because of today’s competitive business, creating economic value added is consider as a main goal of organizations. Therefore using these value based concepts, are getting more critical among top managers. Balanced Score Card (BSC) as a standard framework which is including all factors that affects on organization performance can be used for calculating value. System Dynamic (SD) also used as a means for increasing effectiveness of Balanced score card, (Karl,2007). Thus BSC model based on dynamic simulation can simulate organization’s future behavior with desirable scenarios and finally choose more efficient strategy for implementation. In this paper an effort has been made to use dynamic BSC and at the same time benefited from European foundation for quality management (EFQM) indicators which is annually evaluate and examined and value created factors was driven with viewpoints and experts advise. After that creating dynamic hypothesis was done and we identify cause and effect relation between four aspects of balanced score card model, thus final model based on cause and effect relations was collect and after finalizing a model, different scenarios that help us reaching total value was done, and then the best scenarios for achieving further value was demonstrated.
