Investigating the Effect of Organizational Learning on Strategy Quality in Green Supply Chains: Articulating the Role of Relationship Orientation (Study of Irankhodro Related Companies)

Abstract

Due to the benefit from the advantages of cost reduction strategies and product innovation (differentiation strategy), green supply chain is regarded a successful strategy in gaining competitive advantage in the present century. Therefore, organizations should develop and implement appropriate strategies which causes to build strong inter-organizational relationships with other members of the supply chain is more. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational learning on strategy quality by clarifying the role of the green supply chain. The statistical population of this study is managers and subsidiary of Iran Khodro Company and its subsidiaries. Sample of the population is determined by the formula sample includes 333 of the administrators who were selected through stratified random sampling. The data of this study were collected through a questionnaire and was used by the structural equation modeling and statistical analysis software. The results suggest that organizational learning affects on relationship orientation and Dysfunctional conflict is effective between relationship and strategy qulity. However, structural equation modeling approved the impact of the quality of the strategy quality.
