بررسی رابطه بین استراتژی ها، توانمندسازها و قابلیت های فرایند مدیریت دانش با توانمندسازی کارکنان

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تعیین تأثیر استراتژی ها، توانمندسازها، و قابلیت های فرایند مدیریت دانش بر توانمندی کارکنان می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، شرکت‌های کوچک و متوسط فعال در شرق استان مازندران با بیش از 42 ماه فعالیت می‌باشند. تعداد جامعه آماری 307 شرکت، و نمونه ی آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران (n=171) می باشد. با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS19، آلفای کرونباخ پرسشنامه، 94.6% بدست آمده است. نتایج تکنیک معادلات ساختاری با نرم افزار LISREL8.5 نشان داد که فرایند مدیریت دانش بر توانمندی کارکنان تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد (ضریب 0/59). توانمندسازهای مدیریت دانش بصورت مستقیم (0/18) و بواسطه فرایند مدیریت دانش بطور غیرمستقیم (0/20) بر توانمندی کارکنان تاثیر دارد. اما تاثیر مستقیم استراتژی مدیریت دانش بر توانمندسازی (ضریب 0/16) معنادار نمی باشد، و تنها بواسطه فرایند مدیریت دانش بطور غیرمستقیم بر توانمندی کارکنان تاثیر دارد (ضریب 0/22). همچنین نتایج نشان داد که استراتژی و توانمندسازهای مدیریت دانش بر فرایند مدیریت دانش تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارند.

The Investigation Of Relationship Between Knowledge Management Strategies, Enablers And Process Capability With Employee Empowerment

چکیده [English]

The present study tried to determine the relationship betweenstrategies, enablers and capabilities of the knowledge management process with employee empowerment. The statistical population of current research is the SMEs of the east Mazandaran province with more than 42 months of activity. The statistical population 307 companies, and statistical sample are based on a Cochran formula with (n=171). Using SPSS19 software, Cronbach'salpha 94.6% has been obtained. Results of structural equation modeling techniques using the LISREL8.5 software showed that the process of knowledge management has a significant direct relationship on employee empowerment (coefficient 0.59). Knowledge management enablers, directly (0.18) and indirectly (0.20) through knowledge management process has a significant impact on employee empowerment. But a direct impact of knowledge management strategies on employee empowerment (path coefficient 0.16) is not significant, and only indirectly through the knowledge management process (0.22) has significant impact on employee empowerment. Also the results showed that the knowledge management strategies and enablers have direct and significant impact on employee empowerment.
