Journal of Executive Management (JEM) officially started its activities in 2002, with the title of “Humanities and Social Sciences”. But professionally continues its activities since 2009, as the first specialized magazine in the field of executive management and senior management organization. This journal is a semi-annual official publication of the Department of Management of the University of Mazandaran (Babolsar, Iran), which has been indexed in the following databases: Islamic World Science Citation Center (ISC), Scientific Information Database (SID), Magiran, Noormags, and Google scholar.

Publication Ethics

This journal follows the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and complies with the highest ethical standards according to ethical laws.

All submitted manuscripts are checked for similarity through trustworthy software.

Currently, only Persian articles are published in this journal, but it intends to publish English articles soon.
