چکیده [English]

Startup businesses are recognized as one of the strategic sectors in the global economy, given the growing population and changes in consumption patterns. In this context, the launch of startup businesses is of great importance due to its profound effects on the economy and society. This study aims to provide a framework and dimensions explaining the launch and startup stages of businesses in the Iranian food industry. The statistical population included articles, theses, conference papers, and books published from 2014 to 2024, corresponding to 1393 to 1403 in the Solar Hijri calendar. For the purpose of systematically searching published studies in databases based on relevant keywords, five English-language databases and five Persian-language databases were used. The techniques used were meta-combination and fuzzy Delphi. In order to perform the meta-combination, the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barso (2007) was used. Based on the research findings, the explanatory variables of businesses are divided into three categories: human characteristics and the founder, including psychological factors, demographic factors, and acquired skills of the founder; structural characteristics of the business, including team building, business financing, the business ideation process, customers, access to the industry and market; and environmental factors affecting business startup, including the role of the government in facilitating business startup, educational centers and business support organizations, the cultural environment, the existence of necessary infrastructure in the environment, and 63 open codes. Finally, it is recommended that in order to succeed in starting food industry businesses, it is necessary to pay attention to these three main factors and the related sub-variables.
