[English]

In today’s turbulent and complex environment, Iranian football clubs face multidimensional challenges such as global crises, severe financial constraints, and rising stakeholder expectations, which highlight the necessity of strengthening organizational resilience. This study aimed to design a human-centered, AI-based interactive strategic decision-making framework to enhance resilience in these clubs. A mixed-methods research design was employed, including a systematic review of 52 scientific sources, 15 semi-structured interviews with experts, qualitative data analysis using MAXQDA 2022, and DEMATEL analysis with the participation of 12 experts. The findings revealed that transformational leadership and artificial intelligence capabilities are the most important causal factors, while cultural–ethical barriers play a weaker constraining role. In contrast, organizational learning culture, human–AI interaction, organizational agility, and resilience dimensions (shock absorption, adaptation, and transformation) emerged as dependent variables. Transformational leadership demonstrated the highest level of prominence and influence within the relational network. Finally, the results indicate that artificial intelligence alone is not sufficient to achieve sustainable resilience, and its effectiveness depends on transformational leadership, the development of a continuous learning culture, enhancement of digital skills, and proactive management of cultural and ethical challenges. The proposed framework, emphasizing early threat prediction, real-time data analysis, and human–machine interaction, enables the transformation of crises into innovation opportunities and provides practical guidance for managers of Iranian football clubs in achieving sustainable competitive advantage.
