چکیده [English]

This study aims to identify and elucidate the dimensions and components of the executive management model exemplified in the conduct of Martyr Raisi, as viewed by Imam Khamenei (may he continue to lead with guidance). The goal is to present these dimensions and components as a model for managers, politicians, and the general public. The research was conducted using a qualitative and exploratory approach. The scope of the study includes a collection of statements and decrees issued by the Supreme Leader (may he continue to lead with guidance) regarding the character of Martyr Raisi, both before and after his martyrdom. The required data were gathered through document analysis and note-taking. The statements and decrees of the Supreme Leader concerning Martyr Raisi were studied, analyzed, and reviewed multiple times to extract key themes. As a result, 121 basic themes, 13 organizing themes, and 3 overarching themes were identified. The overarching and organizing themes are as follows: Spiritual Dimension which includes sincere, noble, dignified, and faithful; Intellectual Dimension, characterized by learned and wise; and Practical Dimension which encompasses servant of the people, people-oriented, comprehensive, efficient manager, active and intelligent in foreign policy, revolutionary and striving (jihadi), anti-corruption, supportive of production, tireless, and a reviver of hope and confidence. In addition, Martyr Raisi’s managerial conduct, from Imam Khamenei’s perspective, corresponded to 41 basic themes that matched the components of Martyr Soleimani’s school of thought.
