بررسی تاثیر یادگیری سازمانی بر کیفیت استراتژی در زنجیره تامین سبز با تبیین نقش رابطه گرایی؛ (مورد مطالعه شرکتهای اقماری و وابسته به ایران خودرو)

چکیده

زنجیره تأمین سبز به دلیل بهره مندی از مزایای استراتژی کاهش هزینه ها و نوآوری در تولید محصولات(استراتژی تمایز) ازاستراتژی های موفق در کسب مزیت رقابتی در سده حاضر تلقی می گردد. از این رو مدیران سازمانها باید استراتژی‌های مناسبی را تدوین و اجرا نمایند که باعث استحکام بیشتر روابط بین سازمانی با دیگر اعضای زنجیره تأمین گردد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر مدیران شرکت ایران خودرو و شرکت های تابعه و اقماری ایران خودرو است و نمونه آماری بخشی از جامعه آماری فوق است که از طریق فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه شامل 111 شرکت اقماری و وابسته به ایران خودرو تعیین گردیده است و از هر شرکت 3 مدیر ارشد به عنوان نماینده آن شرکت انتخاب شدند. داده های تحقیق حاضر از طریق پرسشنامه جمع آوری گردید و با استفاده از مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار SMARTPLS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که یادگیری سازمانی بر رابطه گرایی و رابطه گرایی بر کیفیت استراتژی. همچنین رفتار فرصت طلبانه و تعارض غیر کارکردی می توانند اثر رابطه گرایی بر کیفیت استراتژی را در زنجیره تامین سبز ایران خودرو تعدیل نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Due to the benefit from the advantages of cost reduction strategies and product innovation (differentiation strategy), green supply chain is regarded a successful strategy in gaining competitive advantage in the present century. Therefore, organizations should develop and implement appropriate strategies which causes to build strong inter-organizational relationships with other members of the supply chain is more. The aim of this study is to evaluate the impact of organizational learning on strategy quality by clarifying the role of the green supply chain. The statistical population of this study is managers and subsidiary of Iran Khodro Company and its subsidiaries. Sample of the population is determined by the formula sample includes 333 of the administrators who were selected through stratified random sampling. The data of this study were collected through a questionnaire and was used by the structural equation modeling and statistical analysis software. The results suggest that organizational learning affects on relationship orientation and Dysfunctional conflict is effective between relationship and strategy qulity. However, structural equation modeling approved the impact of the quality of the strategy quality.
