مدیریت پایداری: ارائه مدل پارادایمی توسعه آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های دولتی مازندران

چکیده

سهمی که آموزش عالی در نهادینه کردن ابعاد توسعه پایدار و در مقام دانشگاه پایدار در زندگی افراد ایفا می‌کند اساسی است. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل پارادایمی توسعه آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های دولتی استان مازندران بعنوان مدیریت پایداری است. روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد (گراندد تئوری) می‌باشد. نمونه‌ای هدفمند متشکل از 10 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی و افراد صاحب‌نظر در حوزة آموزش عالی به عنوان صاحب نظر انتخاب شدند. داده‌های پژوهش از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری شده و با استفاده از روش کدگذاری استراوس و کوربین مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که 6 مؤلفه‌ی آموزش پایدار، پژوهش پایدار، خدمات جامعه محور پایدار، محیط زیست پایدار، مدیریت پایدار و اقتصاد پایدار به عنوان اصلی‌ترین مؤلفه‌های تشکیل دهندة آموزش عالی بعنوان یک سازمان پایدار محسوب می‌شوند. همچنین در حوزة عوامل علی 4 مؤلفة تحولات اجتماعی، تغییر در پارادایم توسعه، تغییر در نظام‌های ارزشی و بحران‌های زیست محیطی، در حوزة عوامل زمینه‌ای 3 مؤلفة انسجام و پویایی درونی، مشارکت ذینفعان و مدیریت سیستمی، در حوزة عوامل مداخله‌گر 3 عامل مداخله‌گر سیاسی، اقتصادی و اداری و قانونی، در حوزة راهبردهای تاثیر گذار 3 راهبرد آموزش و پژوهش، مشارکت عمومی و سیستم مدیریت دانشگاه به عنوان عوامل و راهبردهای توسعه آموزش عالی پایدار در دانشگاه‌های دولتی استان مازندران شناسایی شدند و در نهایت مشخص شد عمده‌ترین پیامدهای پیاده‌سازی مدل مذکور، توسعة اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی است.

چکیده [English]

The contribution that higher education plays in institutionalizing the dimensions of sustainable development and as a sustainable university in people's lives is essential. The main purpose of this study is to present a paradigm model of sustainable higher education development in Government universities of Mazandaran province as sustainability management. The research method is qualitative and Data Foundation Theory (Grounded Theory). A purposive sample consisting of 10 faculty members and experts in the field of higher education was selected as a research sample. Research data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using Strauss and Corbin coding method. Findings indicate that the 6 components of sustainable education, sustainable research, sustainable community-based services, sustainable environment, sustainable management and sustainable economy are considered as the main components of higher education as a sustainable organization. Also, in the field of causal factors 4 components of social change, change in development paradigm, change in value systems and environmental crises, in the field of underlying factors 3 components of internal cohesion and dynamism, stakeholder participation and systemic management, in the field of intervening factors 3 political intervening factors. Economic, administrative and legal, in the field of effective strategies, three strategies of education and research, public participation and university management system were identified as factors and strategies for the development of sustainable higher education in public universities in Mazandaran province. It is social, economic and environmental development.
