چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی انکوباتورهای دانشگاهی در دانشگاه های نسل سوم انجام شد. روش تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی – کمی) بود، در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی بهره گرفته شد، مشارکت کنندگان بخش کیفی متخصصان، خبرگان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه انکوباتورهای دانشگاهی در کشور بود. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند از نوع نظری بود که تعداد 10 نفر بعنوان مطلعین کلیدی انتخاب شدند، ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در بخش کیفی روش تحلیل تم بود، در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی-پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد. جامعه آماری کلیه‌ کارکنان شرکت‌های فعال در مراکز رشد در دانشگاه‌های استان مازندران بود. روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای بود که تعداد 225 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت بررسی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده های پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در این بخش از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی در نرم افزار SPSS21 انجام شد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش سه بعد آموزشی(مدیریت منابع انسانی، مدیریت دانش)، ساختاری (زیرساخت ها، ساختار سازمانی، سازماندهی) و راهبردی(استراتژی های دانشگاه، خدمات و حمایت ها، بین المللی سازی) شناسایی شد. نتایج نشان داد که انکوباتورهای دانشگاهی شامل سه بعد هستند این ابعاد در سه حوزه کلان آموزشی، ساختاری و راهبردی گسترده شده است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify university incubators in third generation universities. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative), in the qualitative part the qualitative content analysis method was used with inductive approach, the participants of the qualitative part were specialists, experts and experts in the field of university incubators in the country. Targeted sampling method of type theory that 10 people were selected as key informants, the research data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. Data analysis was in the qualitative part of the theme analysis method, in the quantitative part the descriptive-survey method was used. The statistical population was all employees of companies operating in growth centers in universities of Mazandaran province. The sampling method was stratified random 225 people were selected as the statistical sample. The research data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire.Data analysis in this section Exploratory factor analysis in SPSS21 software was performed. Based on the research results, three dimensions of education (human resource management, knowledge management), structural (infrastructure, organizational structure, organization) and strategic (university strategies, services and support, internationalization) were identified. The results showed that university incubators include three dimensions. These dimensions are extended to three major areas of education, structure and strategy.
