فشار نهادی و عملکرد پایدار شرکت‌های صنعتی و تولیدی: تحلیل نقش میانجی یادگیری استراتژیک (مطالعه موردی؛ شهرک صنعتی کرمانشاه)

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر فشار نهادی بر عملکرد پایدار شرکت‌های تولیدی و صنعتی با تحلیل نقش میانجی یادگیری استراتژیک است. روش تحقیق حاضر، ازنظر هدف، کاربردی و ازنظر شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری شامل مدیران مختلف 256 شرکت صنعتی و تولیدی شهرک صنعتی کرمانشاه هستند که بر اساس جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان، 152 شرکت تعیین و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی جمع­آوری اطلاعات، پرسش‌نامه و تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از مدل­سازی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار لیزرل انجام‌گرفته است. یافته‌ها حاکی از اینکه فشار نهادی بر عملکرد پایدار شرکت‌های صنعتی و تولیدی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. همچنین، فشار نهادی به‌طور غیرمستقیم و از طریق متغیر یادگیری استراتژیک بر عملکرد پایدار تأثیر مستقیم و معنادار دارد. نتایج نشان می‌دهند، یادگیری استراتژیک نقش میانجی بین فشار نهادی و عملکرد پایدار دارد. علاوه براین، فشار نهادی و یادگیری استراتژیک از مهم­ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر عملکرد پایدار شرکت‌های صنعتی و تولیدی هستند. همچنین، نتایج در خصوص مباحث فشار نهادی، یادگیری استراتژیک و عملکرد پایدار، نوآوری‌های نظری به همراه داشته و به مدیران، صاحبان و ذی‌نفعان شرکت‌های صنعتی و تولیدی در درک و چگونگی تأثیرگذاری فشار نهادی بر عملکرد پایدار با تأکید بر یادگیری استراتژیک کمک می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of institutional pressure on the sustainable performance of manufacturing and industrial companies by analyzing the mediating role of strategic learning. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The statistical population includes managers from 256 different industrial and production companies of Kermanshah Industrial Town. According to Morgan sampling table, 152 companies were determined and selected using simple random sampling method. Data collection tools, questionnaires and analysis were performed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) in LISREL software. Findings indicate that institutional pressure has a direct significant effect on the sustainable performance of industrial and manufacturing companies. Also, institutional pressure has an indirect significant effect on sustainable performance through the variable of strategic learning. The results show that strategic learning plays a mediating role between institutional pressure and sustainable performance. In addition, institutional pressure and strategic learning are the most important factors affecting the sustainable performance of industrial and manufacturing companies. Moreover, the results have provided theoretical innovations in the areas of institutional pressure, strategic learning and sustainable performance.
